Despite paying for nail art and seeing photos on their Instagram displaying a range of nail art designs varying in complexity, I presented a very simple nail art design photo for reference which they said was not possible. They then went on to do a much simpler design but filed my nails down a lot shorter than I had asked and did the new design differently too, but by this point I just didn’t want to say anything more. Very disappointing.
