I have made a reservation in advance but it seems that they have not accounted for that and I ended up getting delayed almost 30 mins. It was freezing cold inside, they tried to warm up the place with a portable heater, bout sadly it didnt do a great job. What shocked me tho was that my pedicure was done with a cheese grater, which did nothing but actually cause me pain. I found it very confusing and really was not happy with the final result. The massage was a nice touch but they didnt have warm towels to finish it up for me because it was all used up I guess, but at no point was any of this communicated…It was an odd experience overall and I would not recommend anything but foot massage and manicure there. Manicure was nice and they were patient finishing up my nails. I give 4 stars because I am not very convinced by the quality of the polish they use but it was a nice service.
