Great treatments & staff, but Saturday's are very very busy & due to customers being late in the morning, by the afternoon the salon are running behind with all their appointments. It's not their fault, customers should either arrive on time or call to reschedule. It's unfair on other customers who are on time. I had to wait 30 minutes fortunately I wasn't in a rush. Staff were so apologetic.
