Staff were pleasant, placed seemed clean enough, although I wasn't sure one of the towels used was clean. There was some banging of doors and loud conversations from a room next door during the treatment but it didn't prevent me from relaxing.
Lovely lady carried out the massage using some neck & shoulder stretching techniques I haven't had before and also quite a rigorous (!) massage on the back of my scalp. She seemed to know what she was doing though, and my back definitely felt the benefit afterwards. Would definitely go back. Might try reflexology next time.

Very good service. I had the deep tissue massage and I'm so glad I did. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout. The massage was excellent and not rushed at all. I slept like a baby that night as I was so relaxed. Will definitely go again.

Would have given a 5 on account of the therapist and massage but marked down on account of reception.
I saw a price on Treatwell but ten minutes later was unable to book as the spa had blocked it out. Fair enough . But when I went in to them and explained the pricing advertised the lady was adamant i was wrong . She assumed it was because I was booking for a different off peak time and was probably assuming I didn't have any brains. I even went to show her a future booking that I did as an example but she didn't even bother to look at it. Although the value of the difference was low it is more about customer service which this person had little expertise in.
However, then I went in with an amazing therapist and had a very good deep tissue massage . It was good in technique and full duration. She saved the experience and will get future business as she was the true professional at the spa.

A great back massage by Jacinta. Nice, calming environment and very reasonable when booked through treatwell. I will be booking again.
