Joe was great. I’ve been having problems with my knee for a year now and been fobbed off by doctors with pain killers and “women your age tend to have these pains”. (I’m 32..)
He explained everything in detail, why am I getting these pains, where are they coming from and what can be done to fix it. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Can’t recommend them enough.
Looking forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing sports massage from Ariana. I really couldn't fault the experience. The place is lovely and clean, with calming music and beautiful scents. Everything was on time and hassle-free. Ariana was very knowledgable and asked me exactly what needed attention. I suffer from a really tight upper back and neck and Ariana explained the effect that this was having on the rest of my body and gave me ideas for how to combat it in everyday life. The relief I felt after the massage was wonderful!
I had only intended to come as a one-off, but after this experience, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Sports Massage
Joe is very nice and welcoming, we first talked about my pain and he explained how my pain developed and why (which was very interesting), he corrected my posture and then proceeded to adjust my back with chiropractic manipulation which helped my pain quite a lot already (you can really feel the results after a couple of days); we have several sessions planned for other back ajustements, stretching and useful tips to protect your back: looking forward to it!
