Joe was great. I’ve been having problems with my knee for a year now and been fobbed off by doctors with pain killers and “women your age tend to have these pains”. (I’m 32..)
He explained everything in detail, why am I getting these pains, where are they coming from and what can be done to fix it. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had an amazing sports massage from Ariana. I really couldn't fault the experience. The place is lovely and clean, with calming music and beautiful scents. Everything was on time and hassle-free. Ariana was very knowledgable and asked me exactly what needed attention. I suffer from a really tight upper back and neck and Ariana explained the effect that this was having on the rest of my body and gave me ideas for how to combat it in everyday life. The relief I felt after the massage was wonderful!
I had only intended to come as a one-off, but after this experience, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
