I would love to give a positive review for this salon, however I never go the appointment I had booked in for.
I made my reservation online and turned up to get my hair cut to be greeted with absolutely no knowledge of my appointment existing. Apparently they have no computer system and the manager has to text the receptionist of any appointments for them to be written in the book. I made my appointment a number of days prior, but because the manager was on holiday, it was never passed on.
I understand that mistakes are made but 1. why do they accept booking online if they have no system? 2. I was made to feel like this was my fault or just a fact of life that my appointment did not exist (even after the usual Treatwell confirmation and reminder texts and emails). I didn't even receive a proper apology from the staff there, they just struggled their shoulders.
They tried to offer me an alternative day, however this was not appropriate as I was going on holiday and had based my free time around getting my hair cut on this date.
A real shame as I have used them many times before and generally the service is good but I won't be going again due to the risk of not actually getting my hair cut!
Great cut and blow dry, really pleased with the results. Stylist did exactly what I requested and was really lovely.
There was a mix up with my booking so I turned up and the salon hadn't received my treatwell booking. They were quick to rectify it, but it meant me returning the following day as they couldn't fit me in. If you book via treatwell I'd advise calling them to check your booking's OK before turning up.
