My colourist was very kind and attentive, explained what was about to happen at every step of the way, which was great. She didn't force any small talk on me - I don't know if it was because she isn't chatty or she could tell I wasn't really into talking at that time, but it made the appointment relaxing and comfortable. My hair turned out great and I would happily return.
