Always good service and good haircut here. Although this time the person seemed quite new and was afraid to cut shorter when it is what I wanted :) I just let it go after a while and said it was OK but I will need to come back in a bit to cut even shorter !

Unfortunately the hairdresser did not listen to my request. I am a brunette and went in for very subtle highlights... I was very specific on what I wanted: very subtle highlights, almost unnoticeable, as if I had just spent time in the sun, etc. However, I came out of there full on blonde and even orange under different lights. Very unhappy with the results.
