I booked an appointment 30 mins before preferred time and I arrived on time. However, the manager was not in for some reason. As such, my booking was not in their record and I went home with uncut hair! The staff was apologetic and offered to reschedule me, for the same price, which is nice but I did not take it.

I have had similar haircuts for cheaper however the people were really nice it was a relaxed atmosphere so I would go back
