I had a Brazilian hot wax. The experience was ok and cheaper than some other places, however it was more painful than other waxes I have had and not the most thorough.

I was taken on time. The hairdresser was friendly. She listened to what I wanted and offered some advice. However, my haircut wasn't exactly what I had shown her and she didn't fully dried my hair. Overall, the haircut is fine (been to 3 different hairdressers lately and never ever seem to get what I want so maybe it's me?) and it's good value if you go on Tuesday when they offer an extra 20% off.
