Turned up for my haircut only to find the salon’s booking system was not communicating with Treatwells app. The woman at reception was very short and rude saying you’ll have to take it up with Treatwell. I asked if they had been in contact with Treatwell to tell them of this issue and she informed me “it was not the way it worked”. So they were just letting customers continue to book through the app knowing that they had this issue. Not Treatwells fault and I appreciate mistakes can happen but the woman was rude and unapologetic and I didn’t think there was any excuse for that. I won’t be booking here again and I suggest people check their bookings with the salon before they make their visit.
I have now visited Greenwich Clipper a number of times, perhaps six in total. My hair hair has been cut by three different hairdressers, all of whom have given me an excellent haircut. My men's haircut only cost me £17.50, which is an absolute bargain considering it is a full haircut including a hair wash, even with shampoo and two different conditioners, all for £17.50!
