I booked online the treatment for £35 however they were not aware of my booking. After I was ready the staff wanted to charge me £58, they fine with me paying just the £35 but It made me feel that there were Not standard prices and they will overcharge you if they feel like.

Despite having an appointment I had an almost half hour wait with no explanation from the receptionist who also failed to crack a smile.
However my hair dresser was brilliant, attentive, interesting funny and did exactly what need to be done even with my hair and also offered friendly advice to help me care for my hair.
All in all will return - just hope they have a different person on the desk!
