Hairdressers needed a lot better customer service and was really let down by it. Hair cut was great and the beautician was lovely. Shame as because of the service I won't be going back.
Friendly staff. Good massage right in the centre of Greenwich - and they are open late.

Therapist was lovely and gave me a very nice manicure. Being a perfectionist I would have liked better coverage on the nails as I noticed later that on most of them the edges were left unpolished. Also experienced an issue with treatwell booking as I had booked a massage for my Dad right after my manicure (treatwell confirmed and sent a confirmation SMS reminder on te same day), however upon arrival at the venue I got told the salon was closing and wouldn't be takin the massage at the time of booking. So now I need to reschedule as this isn't the first time I've paid for a booking and treatwell has incorrectly booked an unavailable slot.
