First visit based on good reviews on Treatwell and suits my free time. Maria was great - really listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions. Also had a nice chat without being too overbearing as some hairdressers can be. Have been to more expensive salons with less attentiveness. The only downside (and to me probably quite a major one) is that the hairwashing basins have no soft neck rest padding. It was so uncomfortable and painful. If management could change that it would make a great difference to the experience.
