Technically one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and I love his holistic approach to exercise and healthy living.

I went to Richard as an attempt to help with my migraines, I also had some back and neck issues. He was highly recommended and so I thought I try with the deep tissue massage and I can honestly say that after the first couple of massages with Richard my whole back and neck seemed to unlock. He was very reassuring and very detailed in what he was doing, it also felt good, and worked - before Richard I used to get migraines every couple of weeks, now almost never. He can make you feel better!

I’ve been seeing Richard for a while now, and every session is fantastic. He recently helped work out an issue with my shoulder and gave great advice on managing it. He always puts me at ease, and I leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

He puts all this knowledge to good use when providing his massage sessions and is excellent at working out what needs to be done to keep your body on track. His pleasant demeanour and the clean and relaxing treatment room only further enhance the experience. Highly recommend booking a session with him.
