I had another beautician, not Gregoria (not sure why I was given the option to chose and then was assigned someone else).I had a long wait and then didn't have 3 of the colours I chose, had to pick a 4th one.The manicure itself was good in the end

I got Malloryn as my beauty therapist and she's really talented, efficient. Excellent bedside manner and incredible wax. Honestly thought it would hurt, but it was virtually painless.
Coming back on the regular now!
