Words cannot express how positive this visit and entire experience were for my 7-year-old daughter, who has been asking for her first professional haircut for months. From the start, she was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. She was given a lovely hair wash and an exceptionally professional classic bob haircut. She was giggling in excitement throughout the process and could not hide her happiness once her haircut was done. She keeps saying she will return to Greys once her hair grows.
