Had to wait 30 minutes for my haircut after arriving, making booking ahead totally pointless. I don’t know why they offer appointments online when you have to wait in line anyway. As for the haircut itself, it looked okay at the end but isn’t really what I requested - hairdresser took more off the fringe right off the bat so it was too late to say anything and I had to just go with it from there.
