I've been coming here for my haircuts since I moved to the area. Always very happy with the cut, and the service is very efficient!

I came here before and the cut was with a different hairdresser and satisfactory. This time, I specifically asked for no length off the top, just a tidy up, and to be careful of the receding hairline. But no care was taken with the length and soon enough hair was being lopped off. I didnt realise the scale of the damage until I left the salon, and all the length of hair I dry to try and conceal the balding patches is gone. Really disappointed and frustrated...

This was the worst haircut my child ever had. If the hairdresser didn't know how to do what I asked for he should have been honest about it. I'll have to take my son somewhere to fix this and his hair was looking beautiful before. I'm so frustrated and disappointed.
