Hair cut was good. Definitely agree with others who say that the stylists really listen to what you want. I am happy with the cut overall.
Really great conditioning treatment and head massage and the staff really were friendly.
The thing that really lost points was that my hair was styled using brushes taken from a big draw- most still with other peoples hair on them! Personally I think brushes should be cleaned between uses!
Also a *lot* of heat was used on my hair.

Went for wash, cut & blow-dry and was really pleased with everything. Friendly, talented staff and a lovely hair cut! Think I will return to get some highlights.

I had a great experience at Groovy. Its a small hair salon, not super swanky but perfectly lovely all the same. It was easy to find, right by Soho square and the staff were so nice. Nohad cut my hair. I was really pleased with the cut, exactly what I asked for, only nicer than I expected! I would definitely recommend this salon.

I visted before Christmas and the gentleman who cut my hair was lovely. He listed to exactly what I wanted, consistantly checked the length to make sure he did not cut it too short and cut & dried it beautifully. (Yousef - excuse spelling - I think he was called) Since moving to London I have desperately tried to find a salon which actually listened to me and then did what I asked and I've paid through the nose for some pretentious haridressers who think they know better. This small salon is basic in apperance and very busy which is not helped by it's small size, but who cares when they can cut your hair just how you like it? I'm looking forward to going back. I can not speak for other members of staff there as I did not speak to any of them.
