They were running 30 min late, which they were very apologetic for... however no compensation was offered. Cut was fine, not quite what I asked for but generally OK! Blow dry was brilliant, however no mouse/volume spray was used, so it dropped by the next day unfortunately.

The venue is compact, very conveniently located in the West End. Good efficient service, great value, does what I came here for - a simple haircut & full-head colour - all very well done! Took nearly 2 hours (as opposed to 90 mins) but it's not a problem for me, especially when my hair is considered extra long. Staff very polite and courteous. Would recommend this place.

I chose a Wash, Cut and Blow Dry and I am very happy with the result. The guy perfectly understood what I explained him, he asked de couple of follow up questions to get the cut rigth and after one hour I was done. I had to wait only 10 minutes. I loved the music as it was from the 70s, simply perfect for a end of day.
Probably the place could have been broomed a little bit but I'm conscious clients were coming one after the other to get their hair cut, so challenging for 2 people to keep it clean I guess.
Amazing value for a Soho hairdressers. The hairdresser was a friendly Italian lady (not too much talking which I prefer) and she asked exactly what I wanted in terms of colour and cut. When she was rinsing out my highlights she asked if I would like a toner for £15 more - was upfront about the cost and didn't push it when I said no thank you. The suggestion for toner felt genuinely for my hair rather than just trying to flog a service. Really pleased and would go back.

I went on a Sunday morning, at 11am. The hairdresser was very lovely, and I had my hair cut in less than 30 minutes. He did a great job, he was very nice and I would defo go back again. I recommend it!
