Very satisfied with this salon. The staff was very friendly, flexible and accomodating and I got exactly the haircut I wanted only after the initial consultation - there were no corrections or questions during the actual process necessary. I haven't had my hair cut with such skill in a long time. The place is tiny, but I didn't feel cramped. Highly recommended!
Ladies' Haircuts
Loved the fact that they had chilled Diet Coke in the fridge!!!
The staff were very honest and friendly - happy to give their opinions about what would make my hair look the best and great value for money.
Irena (apologies if name spent wrong) was great - she spent a lot of time making sure my hair was 100% perfect and has given me tips for the future.
I guess the only thing I would have changed was the temparature...which isn't something they can really do much about as it's a small salon but on a warm day it gets very warm in there. Having said that, there were free-flowing diet cokes and bottled water from a fridge so it wasn't a problem.
Small, busy salon so had to wait about 15 mins before being served. Despite the wait, I was not disappointed with my hair cut as the hairdresser not only listened to what I wanted, but was able to deliver! The whole wash, cut and blowdry did last for 1 hour as the appointment says, which is so much better than my other experiences elsewhere!

The staff were absolutely brilliant and I had such a great experience, and my best haircut yet! I was offered drinks, magazines, recieved an amazing head massage, and the hairdresser was extremely skilled and took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted and to make sure it was just right, perfect! I was given a special offer as a new customer too! I think I have finally found a great, and reasonable hair salon and would highly recommend to anyone!
I agree with other reviewers that this place does resemble a barber shop from outside but it should not put you off! I found both the manager and the hairdresser very polite and helpful and extremely eager to produce a result that I am happy with - I have received 3 compliments already (had it done last night). The highlights/cut offer is very good value and I am pleased with the results and I will return there.
