It's always a concern when you visit for the first time, Will it be alright, will it look ok and most of all, will it pass close inspection by my dearly beloved. Well the experience was great and the outcome even better. And she who must be obeyed thinks it's the best haircut I've had this side of Seville. I will go again!

Arrived this morning for my appointment at10am to find the Salon not open - a lady did appear and was very cheery she let me and 2 other ladies into the Salon I explained I had booked an appointment at 10am with Graham and showed her the e mail confirmation I had received. They asked me to sit down on looking at the seats I was not sure as the cream leather sofa was very dirty and covered in hair, anyway a lady came over and said sorry they could not find my appointment anywhere when I showed her the e mail confirmation she said that Treatwell had not sent any confirmation through and that Graham was not in and that they could not do the appointment. I was very disappointed with this but having seen the salon not sure that I would book to go back as the feel and cleanliness of the salon was not good. Having spoken to Treatwell they had sent confirmation and were extremely apologetic. I did go to other salon who were able to fit me in. I will still use Treatwell but will avoid GSK Salon in the future
