I'd read some reviews on Google after booking which had concerned me, about appointments being forgotten about. So before my appointment I contacted Gudi to confirm my appointment. They were expecting me and even offered me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. I was greeted on arrival by James who was doing my massage and he explained everything to me. Asked about my problem areas and focused on them first. Great experience I felt extremely relaxed and a lot of my knots were worked out.
