Ella was incredibly friendly and talked me through the LVL process. I had a patch test done at another salon which unfortunately I was allergic to, however, didn't have any reactions with Ella's products. It took about an hour and by the end I had the most fluttery lashes. It took a while to get used to seeing them as I hadn't done any lash treatments before but they looked wonderful and love that they are so low maintenance and wake up looking "made-up"! Would definitely recommend.

Ella is great - really friendly and took her time to sort out my cuticles and shape my nails, she has a select choice of colours but they are great. Lots of nice nudes and brights colours too. Her treatment room is tucked inside a gym and is very chill and clean. Will definitely be going back and am very interested in her other skin treatments!
