Ella immediately made me feel at ease with her knowledge and friendliness, it was my first chemical peel and she really analysed my skin and adapted the products to suit me. The treatment was great and immediately I saw my skin was glowing after. The treatment room was very clean and very comfortable, I didn't want to leave!!
