Upon arrival the lockers were full, meaning we had nowhere to leave our stuff whilst using the spa. The facial was good, however it is disappointing that the website displays less than what is available. The treatment menu is more extensive in person, and had those been available to select online, we would've chosen something different. The outside pool area is great. However the rest of the facilities let the spa down. The afternoon tea was poor. Poor selection of both sandwiches and desserts.

The venue looks nicer in reality than the website (you need new publicity pics!) the staff were lovely and helpful. The spa facilities were nice. Missed a relaxation room and the showers were quite old. The bedroom was really nice and pretty quiet. The food and drink was good. breakfast was really nice quality ingredients. Facial was excellent. Massage was nice but could have been firmer

Had a lovely day, both facial and massage very good. The facial in particular was so relaxing and also included a neck, shoulder and head massage. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoy the whole experience and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Only criticism is that the spa has seen better days and investment is desperately needed. That aside it was a lovely break and we would do it again.
