Sadly this venue isn’t well maintained with some safety concerns over the steps getting into and out of the pool and jacuzzi. Showers are faulty or not working in all communal areas. For the price I would avoid using this facility as others are much better run. The massage was very poor, the therapist wasn’t qualified to give a deep tissue massage, it was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

This was an amazing trip! The staff were accommodating and as a solo traveller I felt completely safe. I got a package stay that included afternoon tea and a two course lunch on Mother’s Day weekend and everything was amazing. The server made every customer feel remembered. The spa does get busier on Saturdays but there’s enough space for everyone to get a good turn of everything. 10/10 recommend
