The property wasn’t as clean as I would want. A few cobwebs here and there and the spa facilities didn’t look/feel like they were cleaned regularly. I found a blob of chewing gum in the pocket of the robe I was given. And the spa didn’t have a permanent member of staff on duty so when the sun started going down there was nobody to turn the pool lights on so we were sat in the dark for an hour. The afternoon tea and breakfast were both good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Honestly, me and my fiancée had the most wonderful stay. From the facilities to the room, there was nothing we wished for that wasn’t catered for. Venus who gave us our treatments was beyond incredible and really took her time to understand our bodies and the pressure required. We will be back time and time again. Genuinely 10/10, thank you so much!

All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and the restaurant nice. The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely and the outdoor area nicely landscaped. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a little dated and the indoor spa area could do with an update. More spa beds are also needed indoors. However, the outdoor area, the staff and the incredible meal more than made up for it. I added a deep tissue massage to my spa booking. It was with Venus. It was great.Thank you.
