This hotel has real potential and was generally very good. However some things were just not up to scratch and need to be addressed.
On the plus side the rooms were nice, clean and the hotel is nicely decorated set in well kept gardens. However, service and general cleanliness I thought was pretty lame. There seems to be no experienced staff coordinating the day to day running. Food service is slow and both the restaurant and pool area including jacuzzi need a good clean.
Swedish Massage
Venue & spa facilities were good, & the treatment (facial) was excellent. The only thing letting it down was the changing room, which was small & very hot, and had used towels all over the place and water all over the floor. The shampoo/conditioners were empty also empty. There are only 4 changing cubicles & 4 shower cubicles and it is a Unisex changing room so we ended up queuing to change / shower.
Classic Facials
I booked this trip for my sister but there were a few issues as there weren't any Vegetarian or Vegan options available, despite it being displayed & requested upon booking. When they asked for an afternoon tea plate with no eggs, they instead bought ham and chicken sandwiches- completely disregarding the aforementioned vegetarian options they requested. All in all, they were really hungry and ended up going to a pub down the road for better options. Really disappointed..

The day was great although we had to wait a bit for our afternoon tea which wasn't bad, although it would have been good to highlight that the changing rooms were unisex and so there were less changing area for everyone.
