Poor attention to detail
Firstly greeted by a less than bothered man who gave us the smallest marked and tatty towels ( 1 each)
Unisex changing rooms we did not expect or enjoy at all as towels barely covered us
Felt like i was at campsite changing rooms or cheap swimming pool
No one anywhere to be found to ask for help or more towels
Treatment was wonderful but no-one to ask where to go or what to do
Sun beds so close together they were so awkward to get on and of and felt too close for comfort
Let down by poor/slow service, particularly in the restaurant, where afternoon tea took an age to arrive, as did fried eggs for breakfast, nobody answered the phone for room service, so we went down and ordered it in person, and it then took an hour to arrive. Housekeeping left a used wine glass in the room and failed to replace a sodden shower mat (and there was nowhere to hang it up). Also, the grounds were scruffy, with unkempt grass and over-loaded skips in the car park.
My daughter and I had a wonderful relaxing two night break. I would especially like to mention Suzy and Niave they were both very efficient and welcoming both gave amazing service, nothing was too much bother.
We would definitely return but bring extra towels
