Indian head massage made me feel like my head was in the clouds
The massage was 10/10 not only because the massage was so relaxing but her attention around care was so good. Shardi went over and above to ensure my experience was what I wanted it to be.
Smelly room, the spa was tiny and very busy, wasn’t able to use the facilities. Our treatments got mixed up, I had a very basic facial and my partner had a rub down not a massage. For what we paid the treatments were shocking. They were out of food at dinner, my partners salad was brown. The breakfast was not edible and a staff member told us the hotel was shocking. It is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend
Our overnight stay with treatments in the spa was amazing. The facilities at the spa were very nice, just would have been nice if we could have use of them before we checked in at 3pm. We also had to rearrange our afternoon tea so that we could eat together, as we were a group of 6 ladies for 2 40th birthdays. The afternoon tea and breakfast were lovely and we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived. I recommend this hotel, and would definitely visit again.
The Spa was smaller than I had expected but it was very relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi area overlooking the gorgeous Surrey landscape and indoors was a perfectly adequate pool with a steam room and sauna. Not keen on the communal changing room. Thoroughly recommend the deep tissue massage and pro collagen facial, my therapist Shadi was delightful and I definitely felt very relaxed after both treatments plus my skin looked so much brighter.
