We booked 2 different types of massage and both were given the same treatment. We didn't book a couples massage, we were asked if we minded using the couples room as they had run out of single rooms. It was my daughter and I so it was fine but we didn't get the massages we'd booked for.

Terrible hotel- nothing was ready for our room, we had to keep asking for towels, robes and then we were situated above a party that went on until midnight- not a relaxing spa break at all

My treatment was carried out by a fantastic therapist called Rosie. The treatment was fabulous!
