This was such a disappointment. It is NOT A SPA more a Health Club.
Changing rooms are UNISEX and tiny… not comfortable at all. Not enough lockers, showers or changing space.
We didn’t use indoor jacuzzi- water was cloudy and dirty… put us off the swimming pool.
Steam room smelled - needs a good scrub.
Saving grace was the outdoor jacuzzi.
Massage was amateurish. No consultation beforehand. Temp staff rushed and no knowledge of facilities.

I booked this spa treat as a present for my daughter. We had a great day and would certainly come back. The venue is gorgeous the staff could not be more helpful The lunch menu was the best I have ever been offered at a spa the food quality was amazing. Just a few things that I hope they will not mind as constructive feedback. More changing rooms are needed, warm towels in treatment rooms would be great, I had a great day thank you!

Upon my arrival the receptionist was not very helpful, but the manager stepped in and sorted out all our meal requirement, he was very friendly. I didn’t understand why painting the main staircase at a weekend, when busy upon which was still tacky on Monday when leaving.
Rooms are very well present but the maid service could be better as bed was not made and rubbish is left in room, no toilet rolls replaced we had to find them in a cupboard. Breakfast was good but could do with danishes.
