Lack of atmosphere and staff in spa. Had to ask for towels and robes at reception, no slippers supplied. Evening dinner was poor quality. Bedroom not made on second day. However, the place has potential if someone with vision was in charge. We were not offered the cream tea or lunch that came with the package and overall the hotel lacked personality.
Hot Stone Massage
Best time EVER! Although, we had a slightly rocky start, when we arrived - The hotel owner, Nahid, WAS INCREDIBLE. She made sure our stay was perfect. My massage with Tania was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We posted pics of our stay and all our friends are looking to book now š we will 100% be revisiting this gorgeous family owned hotel+spa again in the near future. Absolutely loved it! Never been so relaxed ā¤ļø Locals are fab too

Amazing staff and fab treatments. Venue is a bit all over the place and needs an overhaul. Not enough beds around pool and no staff on the desk in the spa

The hotel has a lovely warm atmosphere & the staff are very attentive & polite. They went above & beyond to provide everything we needed.
The rooms were clean spacious & we had lovely views. Dinner & breakfast were great & service was very good. We will be returning
