I have written a complaint email - which was a week ago tomorrow and I have not had a response from a hugely disappointing stay ago the Guildford Manor Hotel and Spa. I have never had to complain in this way before and was not going to write a negative review as I sent an email, but as I've had no response I am hugely disappointed. Would not recommend in anyway this hotel
Couples Massage
Loved our stay here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, especially the evening meal. Spa facilities were great and we all had a very nice time. Would definitely consider coming back again soon.

The masseur saved my afternoon, found robe and a pound for the locker.
The rest was very poor. Afternoon tea served late with very small dry sandwiches.
No slippers or towel. No receptionist at the spa.
I don’t mind if it is self service but do let your guests now.
