Had a great time so chilled lovely massage and afternoon tea. Lunch took abit longer had to wait 40mins before we got our food but overall good would definitely go back.
Couples Massage
The hotel was lovely however there was no guidance at all when we got there. The staff weren't very friendly and we had to ask direct questions to find out were to go, what was available etc. The bar service was very slow and unfriendly.
The spa treatement wasn't very good, the staff made us feel uncomfortable and we ended up swapping our treatement. The room wasn't very clean and had dead flies in it. Would not recommend for the price you pay.
Swedish Massage
Luckily on arrival we asked for a towel and robe for the spa as these were not given to us automatically, in the spa area there were no paper cups for the water and no one around to ask, there was also no hand towels in the ladies toilets, no warning on the door to say changing rooms were unisex, and no toiletries in the shower cubicles overall the changing room were dated.
When we got to our room there were no towels or bathmat when we asked we were given 3 Ikea basic bath towels & no bath mat
