I was very disappointed that there were no staff in the spa especially as it was my first visit. I had to telephone the hotel to get someone to bring a coin for the locker as I was not informed that I would need it. There was no water in the dispenser and I had to ask for it to be filled. One small towel was not enough and I was appalled by the mixed changing rooms and showers which did not provide me with the relaxing experience I was expecting. None of the showers had shower gel in them

The therapists were amazing. We loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Lunch was very generous and delicious.
We went on a Monday, so was fairly quiet.
