Well it is a case of fur coat and no knickers! The hotel looks good but the customer service is so poor it’s laughable. When we checked in there was no one in reception, we shouted and rang the bell for 10 minutes before the receptionist arrived. She gave us no information about the hotel and there was no welcome brochure in our room. So we did not know where to hire robes from? ( incidentally which 4* hotels make you hire a robe? Normally this is complementary) The spa was grimy and overprice

Tiny towels, dressing gowns need upgrading and ones that fit.
Outdoor Jacuzzi was very gritty, changing rooms dirty and full of water.
Treatment rooms could have felt more cosy, the towels you laid on, where very crunchy and not soft or large enough and a cold room.
Overall I wouldn’t return or recommend!
The visit started badly as we were 4 individuals and had been given rooms with double beds. Reception was very offhand and dismissive and unable to help. We slept on the floor.
However we never saw the unhelpful receptionist again and the other staff were all delightful and made the overall experience very pleasant.
