The hotel has a lovely warm atmosphere & the staff are very attentive & polite. They went above & beyond to provide everything we needed.
The rooms were clean spacious & we had lovely views. Dinner & breakfast were great & service was very good. We will be returning

Lovely place, we especially loved the spa, the glorious Prosecco afternoon tea and the amazing view from our room.

The hotel could offer so much if just better organised.
From forgetting to prepare our twin room, to offering afternoon tea instead of lunch ( chef poorly / totally get that) but when we were having our spa treatments. When we got to the spa no one provided an induction / showed us the facilities.
My massage with Tania was very good but my friends, and it was her birthday treat, was not. Therapist unable to speak English so areas needing support were not addressed.
