We really enjoyed our morning SPA experience at Guildford Manor. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely atmosphere. My therapists was great (a Spanish lady) and my husband and I really enjoyed just relaxing by the pool and getting into the jacuzzi and steam room. Lunch was fantastic and we were served by a lovely waitress that suggested drinks and was very accommodating to our dietary needs (my husband is vegan and I have some allergies). Overall, a great experience that I can't wait to repeat!

The venue overall was fairly new and my favorite part was the outside hot tub! That really made the stay! So lovely and spacious and great to be outdoors and away from main hotel. The hotel seemed to be understaffed however, Every time I needed something, had to wait until someone came back to the front desk. Considering it's a spa hotel, weren't allowed to wear robes for breakfast. Dinner menu I felt was very limited in terms of veg options.

Changing room let our experience down it didn't feel SPA like really dated no shampoo / shower gel in the one shower, no hand lotion and towels were very small and old. Sorry but on a SPA day you would expect these. Also Changing room was unisex which was a shock. Staff were lovely and afternoon tea was great, I will go back x
