The Spa facilities were excellent. The Hotel felt tired and needed some major repairs. The Staff were lovely, but we felt they were overworked and under pressure. With two functions going on at the same time, there was no where to sit or get a drink. Staff did assist with this and get us a coffee. A small coffee/tea machine in the Spa area would help with this situation. We had been advised to come before our rooms were ready and use the Spa.

Hotel didn’t look like the pics on the website! Scruffy grounds, basic, tired rooms. Lots of mistakes with bookings etc. Pleasant staff but seems like there aren’t enough to run place efficiently - long queues for desk at times and staff seem stressed. The restaurant was great with warm and helpful staff and good food. Spa treatment was wonderful - Shame the rooms/grounds/service let it down
