The spa was excellent! Andrew who was on the front desk was so courteous and helpful. We had a lovely time in the steam room, sauna and pool. I had a facial with Alison and fell asleep during the treatment I was so relaxed. My partner had a Swedish massage with Maxine and he felt so refreshed afterwards he can’t wait to come back.

The Spa and pool area were dirty, the water was filthy. The changing rooms are mixed with only 3 cubicles one with a broken lock. Not enough lockers, some with no doors. The 2 showers are a joke, the water just dribbles out. The changing rooms also smell of raw sewage. When I complained about these issues. I was met with 2 male managers who just wanted me to stand in my swimming costume in the reception area and argue with them about everything with no resolution. Very disappointing!

This was such a disappointment. It is NOT A SPA more a Health Club.
Changing rooms are UNISEX and tiny… not comfortable at all. Not enough lockers, showers or changing space.
We didn’t use indoor jacuzzi- water was cloudy and dirty… put us off the swimming pool.
Steam room smelled - needs a good scrub.
Saving grace was the outdoor jacuzzi.
Massage was amateurish. No consultation beforehand. Temp staff rushed and no knowledge of facilities.
