good: therapists, treatments, treatment rooms were lovely, and the lunch was really good. Couldn’t fault the staff and the general areas. The hot tub and steam room were nice too although the sauna wasn’t working
not so good: the changing facilities were really not up to scratch. MIXED showers and changing area 😱 which was grim. Hairdryer was terrible and nowhere to plug my straighteners in or sit to do my makeup (had i wanted to do that, in front of half naked old men). The pool was freezing.

The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, but unfortunately the massage was really poor - therapist didn’t seem to have ever given a massage before!

The picture's really do not do the place justice! it was so pretty and luxurious.
everything was great from start to finish and the staff could not be helpful especially Nathan.
everyone really went above and beyond to accommodate us.
we will be returning as soon as possible.
this trip made my partners 40th so memorable.
we had dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea all the food was fantastic.
the outdoor hydro pool was bar far our favourite.
we even got un upgraded room with a 4 poster & jacuzzi.
Couples Massage
I went for a deep tissue freestyle massage and it was great! My therapist Tania was very attentive,professional and friendly. She did wonders to my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Tania for your treatment at GuildfordManor Hotel and Spa
Deep Tissue Massage
Our stay was a shambles; appalling customer service, rude hotel staff and unclean towels and robes. Before arriving we were given misinformation over the phone r.e. checkout arrangements and ability to provide for dietary requirements. The night of our stay there was a Christmas party which got out of hand with police called twice at 2am. Our room was above the entrance meaning we had no sleep. While initially promised a full refund, in the end we had to fight for 50%. We will never return.
