This was booked as a 21st birthday present for myself and boyfriend and because one of the therapists was ill we only got half a massage each. This was after the time of the massage had already been altered once due to staff shortages. I was told I would get a refund but I have not been contacted yet, but they have time to send out a review. Disappointing for something organised a long time ago as a surprise by my Dad.

Overall a very good experience - nice facilities and good food. Generally all staff friendly and helpful which goes a long way. I would recommend the hotel to others. I would only suggest a light to be placed outside by the spa pool.

Hugely disappointed with the SPA area - advertised as luxury, definitely isn’t!
Communal changing rooms??? !! - no space to get dry post shower, which were Luke warm?!! .. dirty, wet floor, small area for lockers & felt very uncomfortable in the area!!
Pool was cloudy?
Sauna & Steam room needed a good clean, the dirt is unreal between the tiles..
- outside hot tub, too cold .. should be at least 38degrees?!?
During our treatments, building / plumbing work began .. I could go on!

Lovely full body massage by Margaret! It made me want to return instantly. The spa hotel was lovely. My only issue was that the changing room is small, unisex and everyone who has a spa day pass had to use the changing room at the same time as our spa access ended at 3:30pm.This was very chaotic, wet and messy. I ended up changing in the toilet! Afternoon tea was scheduled at 4pm. Unfortunately everyone had a very long wait of approximately 45 minutes. There was one was 1 person serving 7 tables
