Hotel was in a lovely setting & food was good. Staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the only things that spoilt the trip was that the coffee machine was out of order the whole weekend, our room was on the ground floor right next to the main room where there was a Wedding and the music was very loud and our room over looked this dark screen which was awful .
The only reason we didn't ask to be moved was that the room was clean and we had already emptied our cases.

Overall good spa break, the facility are as described. Some staff are more friendly and engaging then others.

Very good treatments, food could be a little more inventive as it look like it was food from a freezer and not fresh that day. But reasonable edible.

After booking a wowcher deal I was left extremely disappointed by my experience.
After getting cancelled on the first time, I arrived the second time in time for treatment to be told I was late and wouldn't have access to the spa for two hours like I had paid for. Even though all previous email responses said to arrive for 2:30pm. When speaking to a term member about this he told me he couldn't help and I'd need to speak to wowcher.
