After booking a wowcher deal I was left extremely disappointed by my experience.
After getting cancelled on the first time, I arrived the second time in time for treatment to be told I was late and wouldn't have access to the spa for two hours like I had paid for. Even though all previous email responses said to arrive for 2:30pm. When speaking to a term member about this he told me he couldn't help and I'd need to speak to wowcher.

The treatment surpassed my expectations. It was a very relaxing facial and I’d definitely like to return.

We found the staff to be excellent, special thank you to Francisco in the restaurant. Towels in our room were very thin, also the toilets in the restaurant could do with a mind the step notice on them.

It was great, my therapist was skilled and attentive and made me feel comfortable straight away and my face looked great after 🙂

Pretty good day all on all. One or two things need attention ( the cleanliness needs a tweak , plastic bags for swimsuits need to be in changing rooms) but nothing that would stop me from visiting again :)
Staff were attentive and facilities were pretty good. Afternoon tea was delicious.
