I got email asking to rebook due to short staff, fair enough. I rebook, get confirmation email. Day before, I get the reminder of appts. But the evening before, junk mail saying they don't do Biotec anymore and I need to call. I speak to hotel, they then inform me that the appts aren't going ahead bc it was a provisional booking-no evidence of it being provisional in emails! I ask for a refund as I have been messed around, they refused and somehow can then give me the appts at the time I booked.

Sauna wasn't working (2 burly men spent the afternoon trying to fix it, walking to and fro through the pool area (which is v small) with ladders/tools etc. talking to each other disturbing the peace and quiet.
Steam room ok but round the edges of the seating felt slimy.
Outdoor hot tub great although some of the jets not working.
Indoor jacuzzi hot and good size
Only given 1 small towel each, no slippers, no toiletries in the changing rooms, showers lukewarm and not at all powerful
