Our overnight stay with treatments in the spa was amazing. The facilities at the spa were very nice, just would have been nice if we could have use of them before we checked in at 3pm. We also had to rearrange our afternoon tea so that we could eat together, as we were a group of 6 ladies for 2 40th birthdays. The afternoon tea and breakfast were lovely and we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived. I recommend this hotel, and would definitely visit again.
Couples Massage
The Spa was smaller than I had expected but it was very relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi area overlooking the gorgeous Surrey landscape and indoors was a perfectly adequate pool with a steam room and sauna.
Not keen on the communal changing room.
Thoroughly recommend the deep tissue massage and pro collagen facial, my therapist Shadi was delightful and I definitely felt very relaxed after both treatments plus my skin looked so much brighter.

As soon as I walked through the doors, I knew that I made the right choice. The receptionist was very welcoming and when we were escorted to the spa, we discovered a lovely calm, quiet atmosphere. We were fortunate to have the facilities to our selves. The sun was shining and the hot tub was an added bonus. As far as the Indian head massage was concerned, she was very thorough, I came away feeling totally de-stressed. I can’t wait to go back!

I bought this as a Mother’s Day for my girlfriend as lost her 12 year daughter a few years back and suffers from mental health issues all was going well spa really did wonders for her however really spoilt re massage as knocking about, shouting and hoovering going on which didn’t help my girlfriend mentally as she is a cleaner and knew what was going on around her re cleaning rooms next door. A massage is meant to be chilled and relaxing whole experience ruined as she was not able to relax
