Had a lovely massage by Fred, he’s very good, will be back for another spa weekend!!!!
Swedish Massage
The treatments were okay but expensive. The deep tissue massage felt hurried. No information was given during the facials as to products being used. The hot stones was relaxing and enjoyable

The room was clean but we had a problem with the bed as there was hair everywhere. However, once we made this known, they did try change our room. We suggested they change the bedding, which they did and we were very satisfied with that.
In the restaurant, although the food was lovely, the service was not very timely. We were left waiting between courses for a ridiculous about of time. Staff shortage?
Lastly, I had a massage and was doused in massage oil, which was not very enjoyable.

We have had a nice and joyful stay in your hotel and a one day spa and massage in considering high and good value of your hotel I like to take this opportunity to point out some of the mater wich is important:

Pool water not clear, quite murky!
Poolside showers not working. Mud and peacock poo being walked in from outside in pool area! Yuk!
Very slippery around pool especially in slippers given.
I wouldn’t recommend spa, but lovely lunch.
