Nice couple of days away. Room nice, comfy and clean. Massage really great! Margaret was really great. Had the afternoon tea. Bread of sandwiches was dry and had to be sent back as they sent out salmon sandwiches which we had requested removed on 3 separate occasions owning to being vegetarian. Cakes and scones were really nice though. Spa was nice. Possibly a bit overcrowded at times and the sauna wasn’t working which was a shame. Staff were helpful and friendly though and breakfast was lovely.

Amazing venue , really nice staff the manager was really unhelpful and rude to the point he turned his back on me and walked away mid conversation , even though he knew I was totally dissatisfied with the service . Even the following day he didn’t approach me to apologize. He ruined my stay

Really lovely! Good swim and steam room ( shame sauna wasn’t working) lovely facial too. Good dinner and great drinks list ( lots of flavoured Gin!)
Pleasant breakfast and good choice of cooked dishes. Coffee could have been better but all in all a lovely stay and good value for money.
