Overall a good stay but small things could make the experience better but probably more difficult with the present COVID regulations.
The mixed changing rooms have no shower gel or spin dryer for wet costumes.
Nowhere to put wet towels in the bedrooms so damp for the two day period.
No bedside lamps in the room.
Very good food but appalling slow service. Long wait for lunch and even longer for the evening meal.
Staff were extremely friendly and efficient but understaffed.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds, Great food with our deal we had & very cheerful & helpfull waiting staff , Only down side not enough loungers round pool for hotel guests & then people coming for spa days although it was raining & could not use loungers on terrace

I got a Swedish massage instead a deep tissue massage. Therapist went ahead and gave me the Swedish massage which was too light on the pressure.
I had booked the session for my partner and I to go together but we were seen over an hour and half apart.
The building work of the hotel is of poor quality. The pool wall is lined with a lino like material and is peeling on the sides. There are also no lines at the bottom that can be seen so difficult to orientate during swimming. Lots else
