The treatments were perfect. Just a shame about the entire building. What’s worse than a building site? An abandoned building site where everything has just been left to rot. Clutter and mess everywhere. Go for the treatments only. The treatments are very professional.

The reception to the hotel is very nice, the spa is unmanned and reception staff brought towels, slippers and a robe. The hotel is being refurbished and there is plenty of potential but at the moment there are sounds of drills, workmen furniture making and muddy areas. We had a relaxing afternoon, there were areas outside to enjoy sheltered sun loungers, the spa was pleasant but the mixed changing rooms need reviewing too.

Lovely experience and Fred the therapist was excellent! Very kind and delivered just what I had asked for.
The spa still needs some work on as it seems the hotel is going through an expansion and is understaffed.
Cleaner premisses and a more welcoming environment would be very welcome.
