Very nice clean and friendly, just a shame the bar closed so early and was in the restaurant. The only thing that upset me was there was no sweetener, only a small thing but I can't drink coffee without . Lovely hotel beautiful grounds. Would definitely go again but bring my sweetener

Margaret was brilliant - very welcoming, friendly and skilled. The facial was lovely and I felt super relaxed afterwards. I appreciated the arm and hand massage in lieu of the usual head/hair massage as I didn’t want to get my hair messed up! Tiny suggestions that would have made it even better for me would be thicker towels on the bed and a quieter, more spa- like playlist rather than the show tunes one! 😊
